The island of magic

This is a music video sketch of a dream I had earlier that year. It would be great to have an erupting volcano a certain place in the video.

My recording epuipment was not very good at the time so there is a lot of noise. I am currently rerecording it and a new cleaner version of the song will soon appear in a new blogpost. >

The dream:
A young person is going through a lot of obstacles to save the magical island she is living on.She does it all by her self. And in the end she succeeds.
I don't remember much of theactual action except that it was really entertaining like a action movie or something and that the island was saved. In the in the end of the actual dream I get a flashback of what has passed on the island while the action was taking place.
The shores of the Island is falling rock by rock into the ocean and a lot of the inhabitants of the Island is leaving the shores in a large stream of different magical creatures. They are singing. The frontsinger has a likelihood to Ashley Tisdale from the Disneychannel, and after she has sung the lead, another singer (from Disney) sing the words: then we must make it on our own'.
I wake up and the dream continues with the idea that these magical creatures has been existing in my mind (the Island) and has lived as they wanted to without taking responsibility for the Island, and in the end they decide to make a consortium to maintain balance on The Island.
The dream made me feel relieved because I knew that I had some magical creatures of the mind who would actually work for me to keep harmony in my life.

Dream about the art of levitation.

I had a dream recently where I was taught how to levitate. Levitation is almost like flying but the difference between levitation and flying is basically that with flying you use a physical power to counteract gravity to a certain extent, with levitation you actually use your energy field to move your self around in the energy field surrounding the planet in a vertical and sideways manner.

The method to levitate is to start running. If you're a runner or just a being who runs sometimes, then you probably know that feeling; the feeling of almost not touching the ground with your feet. Run like the wind.

This feeling of not touching the ground is the beginning of levitation. Now in my dream I ended up running up walls of houses in a small dessert town I visited, and instead of falling down when I ran up the walls I ended up looping through the air to the house on the other side of the street.

Later in my lesson I ran out of town in the air and got higher and higher up through the air. I recall it as being a completely thrilling experience, and something everybody should do, just for the sheer joy of it.Not to show of to an eager public because it does look kind of foolish. Normally when I think of levitation, I think of some bald headed Bhuddist monks sitting in a perfect lotus position hovering 10 cm above ground, rather peaceful. Well there is nothing peaceful about my experience just as there is nothing peaceful about a roller coaster ride. The problem is that I do not know what to do with my arms. If you have ever seen the episode of 'Friends' where Phoebe and Rachel try running together and Phoebe runs in a totally crazy manner, well levitation when I do it in my dreams is something similar. But it is so much fun.
 .
I did get some good advice from my levitation teacher, whom I never really met:
1. Always start levitation from the ground; because if you suddenly stop believing, that you can levitate, when you have just thrown your self out from the Eiffel tower, you might find your self having a quite unpleasant encounter with the ground.
2. If you are moving fast, keep your mouth closed. (I don't know why I got this. Maybe the teacher really meant: wear goggles).
3. I do not remember this, but my advice is to practice. i mean running is quite healthy so you really can't lose; except perhaps some excess weight from Christmas.

A simple visualization for feeling fulfilled

Close your eyes. Look at the back of your eyelids. When looking at the back of your eyelids with the physical eye, most people will see black and white dots that look like a turned on TV without any signal. Some may see colours, depending on how much light the have recently been exposed to.
Now, when looking at the black and white dots you can do three things: 1.you can just look at the black and white dots. 2. focus on the black dots. 3. focus on the white dots.
In this visualization we are interested in using number 3.
With eyes closed focus on the white dots. Now in your imagination expand the white dots. What I experience when using this exercise, is a feeling of joy and being present and fulfilled.
The exercise can also be used for healing.
IF you have an area of your body that needs healing then: close your eyes, look at the black and white dots before your eyes, focus your attention/awareness on the area that needs healing, expand the white dots in your imagination with the intention of healing.

Dreaming the solution

October 17 I wrote here on this blog about my financial situation. Some of my featured belief systems was something like:
I have no money, if I don't do something that I don't want to do.
I have no money and I can't even pay my bills and I have no income.
When the people in my life find out that I don't have any money because I have stopped studying they will disrespect me.
All I have gotten from my intuition is: build up your energy.

The dreaded situation did finally arrive. I ended up with no money having to ask for social aid, and thereby putting me in the situation where I have the threat hanging over my head of doing something I really don't like that does not support my plans and purpose, just to get money.

As the sole creators of our life circumstances we get what we focus on, and well that was what happened. I focused a lot on the dreaded situation, and wupti it manifested it self. Of cause I also did focus on the wanted situation but the closer I came to a date I set up in my mind where something had to happen the more I got scared and the more energy I used on the feared situation. Well it was not the worst situation I could imagine but the most likely based on situations I choose to look upon from previous experience.

I do feel pretty confident that things will work out for me at some point but in certain situation things get out of hand because there are undercurrents of beliefs that escape my notice. 

As I wrote earlier, my strongest intuition about the situation of having an income was to build up my energy. I have done that by spending a lot of time in nature, and I did build up some energy. What I haven't seen, before now, was that I lost it faster than you can say 'people'. The reason (or rather the undercurrent of beliefs) why I lost the build up energy has been revealed to me in a series of dreams I had recently:

 I have already forgot what they were about, but the series of dreams revealed that I use a lot of my gathered energy thinking about what people is thinking about me. It is like a big black hole where energy is sucked down whenever I do this. I remember that the last dream I had in the serie, was me buying my son a lot of new clothes on my small income, to find out that there was a sale where prices were lowered to a mere 10% the day after. I wouldn't tell my stepmother who were headed for the sale and just mentioned to her that I thought it was a great sale. She didn't really wanted to talk, she is one person who thinks I'm wrong for not being able to support my self financially. 'a woman of her age should or ougth to...' is a comment she gave to my father.
Earlier that morning (sunday) I woke up with that crystal clear feeling that my money issues really was me focusing my attention and energy of things that was a waste. Like throwing money out the window.

Healing minor ailments



Here is some visualisations for improving your health and cure unwanted conditions in the physical body. 

The general idea is that every sensation you are having can be seen as energy. Pain can be seen as energy. A feeling of relaxation can be seen as energy. Vitality can be seen as energy. And so forth. Ailment or sickness can be seen as energy patterns that are disrupted or blocked or just have a frequency that does not work very well with the rest of the energy system of your body and mind. Seeing your body as a system of energy allow you to work with it from the perspective of mind rather than from a perspective of matter.

Actually in modern science it can very well be possible to work from thoughts rather than from medicine. In chemistry when ever there is a chemical reaction it is because there is a physical reaction, on the subatomic level in the electrons circling the core of the atoms. Chemical substances can break molecules into pieces and thereby breaking a substance harmful to the body up into substances less harmful like water and CO2. But this process of breaking up substances can also be initiated by sending charged electrons directly to the harmful substances. And the physical reality of thought is electrons. The way the brain communicates with the body is by sending electrons to whatever place in the body it needs to communicate with, so by changing your patterns of thoughts you can enhance the pattern of your body. Often these patterns of thought must be repeated over and over again to have any effect on the body, or have an extremely high intensity whether it is thoughts that disrupts or harmonize your health.

Returning to my work of magic and mind you can cure your own ailments and diseases just by changing your patterns of thoughts on a continuous basis.You can get help from a healer to increase the intensity and help you with your health disruptive beliefs.

Examples:

Reflux: For about two years I often suffered from reflux. Reflux is a health condition that gives a burning sensation in the top of your stomach and bad breath, sometimes when it it really bad it can feel as though there is something wrong with your heart. What I did to cure it was seeing this burning sensation as a red energy, and then simply sending a turquise coloured energy down to it. This i did twice and i haven't had any reflux issues since. This sounds easy and it is when you first get a hang of it, but seeing the pictures is not enough, you should also be able to sense the energy through your body. The turquise energy is for me a relaxing energy, something that calms me down and therefore fitting for the red stress full energy of reflux. You might want to use other colours or even sounds to create the same kind of effect, if you have reflux and want to get rid of it.

Overweight:When you imagine your body you will often imagine it as a picture.Now sense it as energy in motion. Sense the energy of your present state and then try to imagine how your body feels when in a vital and harmonised state. To me fat is a yellowish energy like milk gone sour. The more yellowish energy the more fat. The idea is then pretty much to get a clear feeling in the body. The air on a mountaintop on a summers day. Crystal clear water from a spring and so forth. You must on a continuous basis generate the energy that you connect with slim, and stop using a scale. Overweight has nothing to do with a number but is a state of mind.

Patterns of energy

Every thought we think covers a mental pattern of energy. So when we think we are actually calling forward different patterns of energy. When we talk we create a mental pattern of energy in our selves and the person or persons we are talking to. The patterns are not neccessarily the same because the mental energy pattern that a word covers can differ from person to person. Beliefs are energy patterns we tend to hold on to and it is what creates our lives.
Our bodies our also created from energypatterns and the same kind of energy our thoughts covers. So we can make changes to our bodies by changing beliefs.
